And Officer McCann is out and about looking to mow people down with his trusty scattergun, the Force-A-Nature, for any slight infraction. Maybe your parking meter ran out of time, you're jaywalking, or the tail light is out on your car. Maybe it's something even more seemingly innocuous like littering or wearing too short of a skirt. Either way, he's walking towards you, smiling emptily and loading his shotgun.]
