[To be frank, getting brainwashed for 12 hours scared the hell out of Scout. It happened so effortlessly, and he could do nothing to resist it. The idea of being stuck as one of those faceless drones bothered him more than he thought it would. Not that he would admit this in a thousand years. Not EVER.

He thought about keeping up that vandalism streak and show that pig Grady he meant business, but even he knows in the end, it'd get him nowhere. He had to relax and keep his head clear, to not let his temper get the best of him. He said he was going to come up with a plan to get out of here, and he meant it. He can't afford to let this town get under his skin - that was like letting them win. He already let his team and others down with the first plan being a failure. And thanks to that, half of them got droned too.

But first, he needed more info. He acted too fast with the first plan. Now, it's reconnaissance time. He's Scout after all; it's his job.]

Hey, guys... has anyone ever been inside the police station? The only cop I've ever seen is Grady. I bet if any there are clues about how people get and out of here, that's the best place to start. If we can distract Grady long enough, maybe we can get in there and check it out. Is there anyone else even IN there?

Flowers are delivered to 341 Brady and 1250 Williams. They're respectively addressed to Tifa and Margot. No sender is listed, but there is a small card attached to them reading "No hard feelings, I hope." Girls love flowers, right? Right.]

I suppose not. The only time the police shows up is when you've done something bad, and that usually means brainwashing.

Um, well the milkman thing happened before I got here. I'm sure there's people who have been here longer who could tell you more about him. Are you planning an investigation of city hall?

Yeah... I got a face full 'a brainwashin' last week. I really wanna avoid goin' down that road again, if I can help it.

I think I am! If people haven't looked there yet, that might be a good place to place a camera or bug. It's startin' to sound like the police station is just a cover.

Ah, that must have been scary. I haven't been brainwashed so far, but miss Claire's still brainwashed, and she never did anything to upset anyone.

Hm! Yeah, that could work! Besides, from the sound of it, the police chief seems to be trapped here like the rest of us. I don't think going after him is going to do much good.

That a friend of yers? I heard some people can get brainwashed and come back in like a week or two. Happened to someone I know here. So don't lose faith, kid!

Mm, thanks. I know Mr. Giriko was droned for a while, so I imagine she'll wake up in a week or so.

Er, I'm not sure myself. Some people might have tried, but he doesn't seem like the type to be reasoned with. I guess it couldn't hurt to try, since attacking him directly doesn't seem to work.
