Hey people 'a this borin' town! So this like, bunny chick has got a really sweet set-up in 'er backyard. There's a bar and a jukebox an' we're gonna rustle up some other stuff, too. I think that we need ta get everybody there fer a party! Eighteen plus! Sorry kiddies, ya had yer little get-together wit' yer school dance. Anyway, it's on Brady Lane, an' I think we should pick a day an' get as many people there as we can! An' do we really need an excuse ta party? Folks in this town need ta kick back more. Whatcha think?

From what I hear, that place is pretty much empty. I mean, think about it: have ya ever seen any other cops around? I wanna scope that place out sometime soon at night ta get a better idea of the layout. Then, Spy 'n' Sniper said they'll help with distractin' Grady. I'll make my way inside ta set the bug. Couple 'a other folks said they were interested in helpin' too, if we need it.

Sweet, sounds like we got the Grady Distraction Squad pretty covered. I think it's probably best if I go inta the police station alone, 'r at least with no more than 1 or 2 people. We can move faster that way.

Exactly what I thought. Did you know what pig can fuckin' teleport? I seen 'im do it! He did it ta Sniper, just popped right on up ta his roof, an' then made his shit disappear too. So ya gotta make sure he's REALLY distracted. Findin' a way ta waste 'im would be good too, but I dunno how long that'd keep him down.

But gettin' him 'stracted enough shouldn't be much of a problem if'n we can get some rounds inta 'im.

Sounds like a plan. I'll talk to some folks an' see if anyone's ever seen Grady died 'r killed him themselves. See if they know how long it takes fer him ta respawn.

Awright, Japan says I owe him $20 for equipment. Pretty steep. Says he thinks he can make a bug an' listen to it remotely, though, which sounds good ta me. Maybe you should give him a call an' see what ya can come up with. Either that, 'r ya can meet him at the party I'm settin' up fer next week! But uh, that's probably a bad place ta talk about a plan like this....
